Cathe Friedrich has been working hard on her much-anticipated Low Impact Series. One of the workouts in this series is an exciting new challenge: Cycle Max. The total workout time of Cycle Max is 56 minutes, with a breakdown of: warm up 5:02, ride 45:11, stretch 5:51.
Cathe has never before done an indoor cycling workout, so this new addition is quite exciting. I don't have an indoor bike myself, but now I'm thinking about getting one ... adding something new to my routine is always welcome to avoid fitness plateaus, and since this workout is by Cathe, it's guaranteed to be fun and intense.
