New Turbo Jam on the Horizon!

Chalene Johnson and Turbo Jam are coming out with some awesome new workouts (they filmed in March). Here's the scoop on these four new workouts:

  • Lower Body Extreme – 30 min. of intense LB circuit work (squats, lunges, plyos, screamers, traveling lunges, blasts, double dips)
  • Core work on the Ball – “Not for newbies” per Chalene. Uses weighted gloves & stability ball to up the intensity. 15 min.
  • Cardio Intervals w/ the Ball – similar to CLX drill type interval workouts but the weight work is done using a stability ball
  • Dynamic Flow Yoga – uses weighted gloves and a blend of pilates, yoga, martial arts movement & sport stretching. Makes you sweat while you stretch.

Turbo Fire will be filmed later in 2009, with a release date likely in 2010 (although we can always hope it'll be sooner!). TF is supposed to be harder and more complex. Whoo-hoo!!!! Bring it on!!!!
