Chalene Johnson and Turbo Jam are coming out with some awesome new workouts (they filmed in March). Here's the scoop on these four new workouts:
- Lower Body Extreme – 30 min. of intense LB circuit work (squats, lunges, plyos, screamers, traveling lunges, blasts, double dips)
- Core work on the Ball – “Not for newbies” per Chalene. Uses weighted gloves & stability ball to up the intensity. 15 min.
- Cardio Intervals w/ the Ball – similar to CLX drill type interval workouts but the weight work is done using a stability ball
- Dynamic Flow Yoga – uses weighted gloves and a blend of pilates, yoga, martial arts movement & sport stretching. Makes you sweat while you stretch.
Turbo Fire will be filmed later in 2009, with a release date likely in 2010 (although we can always hope it'll be sooner!). TF is supposed to be harder and more complex. Whoo-hoo!!!! Bring it on!!!!
