Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect with this workout. I don't have a Gymstick and didn't plan on getting one, so I wasn't sure if I could even do the workout.
I was wrong!
Instead of a Gymstick, I modified with my 18lb BodyBar, and the result was a fantastic routine of challenging, heart-pumping moves. I'm sure the use of a Gymstick would add an entirely new level to the routine (and after doing this DVD just once, I'm sold--I'm getting a Gymstick!), but even so, my modifications worked great. During some of the floor work, I used tubing or bands with my BodyBar; alternately, you can modify without tubing and just do the lower body work in "Squeeze" like fashion, with no additional resistance.
This workout is total body, intense, and fun. Definitely a challenge, even without a Gymstick.

* Warm-up -- 7 minutes
