Burn More/Gain Less for the Holidays


The holidays are fast approaching, and we're all thinking the same thing (not that I'm a mind reader, but I am an assumptionist in certain instances): How do we get through the binge-eating season that is so common to the holidays without gaining weight -- or better yet, how do we make it over the hump and into the new year in better shape than ever?

Over the course of the next few weeks, I'm going to post specific holiday rotation workout schedules that are designed to rev up your metabolism to make your body more efficient at burning all that unwanted stuff you may potentially consume over your bowl of Holiday Joy. Increased cardio and endurance work (lighter weight/more reps) will be on next week's rotation. Stay tuned!
